Lime chicken

Ingredients
4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken2 limes, sliced thin1 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 and lightly grease an 8x8 baking dish. Place chicken into dish, lightly salt and pepper. Place lime slices evenly on top of the chicken. Bake for 1 hour.

Serve with black beans and rice.
