Basic Soaked Muffins (nourishing traditions)

Ingredients
3 c whole wheat flour2 cups yoghurt2 eggs1tsp sea salt1/4c maple syrup2tsp baking soda1 tsp vanilla extract3 Tb melted butter
Directions
Soak flour in yoghurt for 24 hours.
Blend in remaining ingredients, and pour into well buttered muffin tins filling 3/4 full. Bake at 325 for 1hr or until toothpick comes out clean.
