Healthier Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

Ingredients
1 Cup water6 Tbsp flaxseed meal1 Tbsp sugar1 tsp salt1 Cup whole wheat flour1.5 Cups bread flour2.25 tsp active dry yeast
Directions
Place ingredients into your bread machine in the order listed. Use the dough program on your machine.

When the dough is done in the machine, place the dough on a lightly floured surface and divide in half.

Lightly sprinkle 2 pizza pans with cornmeal if desired. Press dough onto each pan, raising edges. Generously prick dough with a fork.

Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes until edges of crust begin to turn a light brown. Remove, add toppings and return to oven to bake for another 15-20 minutes.

    This is really good. So easy and delicious. I made it early in the day and then put it in the refrigerator. When I got it out it was a little hard to roll but once it softened up it was fine. Very crisp. Was a little skeptical about baking, then topping and baking again, but awesome. Keeper! - 1/25/08
