Stuffed French Bread 376 cal

Ingredients
Flour, white, 4.25 cupOlive Oil, 1 tbspSalt, 1 tspYeast, bakers, 1 ounce Ham, sliced regular (11% fat), 454 grams Swiss Cheese, 8 oz
Directions
Mix flour, salt, yeast, oil and 1.25 cups water in bread mixer.
Knead 2 minutes by machine or 10 minutes by hand.
Rise 1 hour
divide into 5 pieces (about 266 gms each)
Flatten each piece add ham and cheese
roll up into cylindrical shape, rise again for 90 minutes
Bake 15 minutes at 450º in french bread pan

Serving Size: Half a roll but hubby eats whole roll
