4 - 4 oz frozen salmon fillets1 - 10 oz pkg frozen peas2 lg onions diced5 - lg carrots diced5 - lg celery stalks diced1 bunch asparagrus (steamed) added last1 bunch green onions chopped2 cups wild grain rice Braggs Organic SprinkleLemon Juice of 1 whoile lemon
cook all veggies except Asparagus till tender, drain and reserve broth of veggies.
Add rice and Braggs seasonings cook for approx 20 minutes.
Ten minutes before competeion readd veggies to rice and finish the 20 minutes.
While rice cooking grill Salmon and steam Asparagus.
Place veggie and rice mixture on plate place, fillet of Salmon on top.
Sprinkle Lemon juice on top of Salmon.
