Salmon and Asparagus Hollandaise

Ingredients
1 lb. salmon filet, cut into 4 pieces1 lb. asparagus, trimmed3 tsp. lemon juice, divided1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise1/4 cup non-fat plain yogurt1 tsp. Dijon mustard1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- On baking sheet, arrange salmon and asparagus. Drizzle evenly with 2 tsp. lemon juice.
- Roast salmon and asparagus 15 minutes or until salmon flakes with a fork and asparagus is tender.
- Meanwhile, in a 1-quart saucepan, bring 1 tsp. lemon juice, mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard and lemon peel just to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. Serve sauce over salmon and asparagus.
