Buttermilk Blueberry Muffins

2 C Flour1 T Baking Powder1/2 t Salt1/2 t Cinnamon2 lg eggs1 C Buttermilk3/4 C Sugar1/2 C Vegetable Oil1 1/2 t Vanilla Extract or Almond Extract1 1/2 C frozen blueberries
Combine flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Next, mix together eggs, buttermilk, sugar, oil and vanilla (or almond) extract.
Add the flour mixture to the buttermilk mixture. Mix until flour is moistened. Stir in blueberries.
Spray muffin tin with oil or line with paper liners. Scoop mixture into muffin tin and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
