Asian Chicken and Veges

Ingredients
*Bean sprouts, 2 cup (remove)Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, shredded (remove)Chicken Thigh, 1 thigh, bone and skin removed (remove)Chicken Drumstick, 1 drumstick, bone and skin removed (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces (remove)*(V) Onion, raw, 5.3 oz (remove)Sesame Oil, 1.5 tbsp (remove)*Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 4 clove (remove)Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)*Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 1.5 tbsp (remove)*Himalayan Pink Salt, 0.12 tsp (remove)
Directions
place oil in pan and add chicken, chop onion and add. Use a planer to shred the garlic and ginger and add to the pan. You can add a little filtered water as needed. Add cabbage and bean sprouts (I used canned sprouts due to the e coli scares) Add all items and cook till tender. You can add noodles if you would like or cooked brown rice.
