Ingredients
saute onion and sausage over medium heat until no longer pink...I remove the casing from the sausage. Add chopped peppers. Scramble 18 eggs with 1C milk and add to skillet with pepper. Cook until done. place a small amount of cheese on each tortilla. They freeze well in ziploc bags just zap them for 45 seconds.
