16 oz. Butterball Ground Turkey16 oz. Louis Rich Turkey Sausage3 large eggs1/2 cup Progressive Parmesan Bread Crumbs1/2 cup Bird's Eye Frozen Green, Yellow, and Red Peppers3 TBSP Simply Heinz Ketchup1 Packet McCormick Meatloaf SeasoningNon-stick pan spray (olive oil)
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. In a large mixing bowl combine ground turkey, turkey sausage, eggs, bread crumbs, pepper mix, and seasoning packet. Mix together with a wooden spoon or clean bare hands. Spray the bottom and sides of a loaf pan with non-stick pan spray (olive oil works well too). Place the meatloaf mix in the loaf pan. Even out the mixture in the pan. Place ketchup on top and spread with a basting brush or spoon. Ketchup ensures the meatloaf will not dry out during cooking. Place in oven and cook for 50-60 minutes. When done take out of loaf pan. Let it sit for 5 minutes and cut into 8 slices. Refrigerate leftovers.
