Ingredients

20 lrg mushrooms1/4 c. parmesan cheese1/2 c. breadcrumbs, italian seasoned4 tbsp margarine4 cloves garlic chopped2 tbsp fresh parsley
Wash and remove stems from mushrooms.
Chop stems and set aside.
Saute garlic and mushrooms stems in the margarine.
Cook until soft.
Stir in cheese and breadcrumbs, remove from heat.
Gentlely fill the mushroom caps with the stuffing mixture, do not pack tight.
Bake in oven at 350F for 20 minutes.
Makes 20 single mushroom servings.
