Apple Pancake

Ingredients
Apple Pie fillings, canned,1/2 can (21 oz) Apples, fresh, 2 cup slicesButter, unsalted, 1 pat (tsp) Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp Egg, fresh, 3 large eggs*Milk, 2%, 1//2 cup *Whole Wheat Flour, 1/4 cup White flour 1/3 cupSalt, .1/4 tspBaking Powder, 1 tsp Lemon Peel, 1 tsp Sour Cream, 1 tbspVanilla 1 tsp Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Put butter and cinnamon in a 10" skillet and add the apples and apple pie filling to melted butter and cinnamon and heat through.Beat the eggs, add the remaining ingredients and place in preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes. It will puff and and the edges will start to brown against the skillet.Serve warm.
