Apple Muffins

Ingredients
1 egg1/2 c. milk1/4 c. oil1 1/2 c. flour1/2 c. sugar (splenda)2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. cinnamon1 c. grated apple
Directions
beat egg; add milk, oil and grated apple. Stir in dry ingredients. Grease muffin tin (12) and fill about 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
