1 pound ground beef1/4 onion, choppedlettucetomatoesfat free cheddar cheeseOrtega Whole Grain Corn Taco Shells (2 per serving)Taco Seasoning Mix2 Tbl flour2 tsp chili powder1 tsp paprika1/2 tsp ground cumin1/4 tsp onion powder1/4 tsp cayenne pepper1/4 tsp garlic powder1/8 tsp ground oregano
Cook ground beef and chopped onion in skillet until done. Mix together Taco Seasoning Mix ingredients and add to drained ground beef mixture with 3/4 cup water. Heat until thickened.
Put a tablespoon or so of taco meat in heated shell and add cheese, tomato, and lettuce as desired.
