honey orange tomato ginger basil salmon!

Ingredients
1/2 lb fresh salmon1/4 c tomato soup (I used bisque)juice of 1 orange1tsp honey3 basil leaves2 sprigs parsley1 tsp gingersaltpepper
Directions
marinade - place all ingredients in a ziplock bag or shallow baking dish. Poke holes in salmon and spoon over (if in dish) frequently.

bake:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place salmon in shallow baking dish with marinade juices.
3. sprinkle with a spritz of oil salt and pepper if desired.
4. Bake 30 minutes, occasionally spooning liquid over salmon.
5. Fish is done when mostly pale pink in center.
