.5 scoop of any vanilla protein powder.5 cup of blueberries (fresh)1 cup of 2% milk (or any kind of milk you want)Ice
Directions
1. Wash blueberries
2. Put all ingredients into the blender.
3. Blend on "high" for 30-45 seconds.
