Marvis' potatoe casserole

Ingredients
18 medium potatoes (peeled)3 tbsp vegetable oil1/8 cup white flour1 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper1 tsp sage3 C cheddar cheese1 C whole Milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

1. Peel potatoes
2. cut eavh Potatoes into 6 peice wedges
3. Place potatoes into an 8 quart boiling pan
4. cover with water
5. Boil for ten minutes
6. drain potatoes
7. Place a skillet over medium heat
8. Add oil to skillet
9. Once oil get hot, Add flour. Stir flour into oil. Continue to stir until flour turns slightly brown
10. Turn heat to low
11. Stir milk into flour until smooth
12. Stir in salt, pepper, sage
13. Slowly stir in 2 Cups of the shredded cheese. If mixture thickens before cheese melts add more milk 1/4 C at a time
14. When cheese melts into mixture and mixture slightly thichens remove from heat
15. Place half potatoe wedges evenly in a 13 inch baking dish
16. Cover with half of flour and cheese mixture
17. Place second half of potatoe wedges on top of cheese mixture
18. Place second half of cheese mixture over potatoe wedges
19. Sprinkl remaining cup of shredded cheddar cheese evenly over cheese mixture.
20. Place into oven. cook for thirty Minutes or until cheese turns golden brown.
