Simple Fried Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, .5 breast, bone and skin removed*Flour, white, .13 cup *garlic salt, 0.25 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp *Canola Oil, 2 tbspIceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or choppedRed Ripe Tomatoes, .25 cup, chopped or slicedOnions, raw, .25 cup, choppedBlack Olives, canned (small-extra large), 1 tbsp
Directions
Cut Chicken Breat into strips
Roll chicken in flour until lightly but completely covered.
Heat Oil on medium high
Place chicken pieces in hot oil.
Cook 4 minutes on each side
Allow Chicken to drain oil and cool
Cut cooked chicken strips into chunks
Chop Lettuce, Tomatoes, and Onions
Mix Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, and Black Olives
Add Chicken still warm to Tossed Salad
Top with Favorite dressing (My Favorite is Spicy Ranch)
