Mom's Renovated Spinach Dip

Ingredients
2 cups fat free cottage cheese3 Tbsp light Hellman's mayonnaise10 oz (1 pkg) frozen spinach1 package Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
Directions
Thaw and drain spinach. Run cottage cheese through a blender or food processor until smooth(ish). Blend in mayonnaise. Stir in spinach and vegetable soup mix. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.

Serve with carrot sticks, peppers, & toasted pita triangles.
