Crock Pot Beef & Peppers

Ingredients
2 lb beef roast or stew meat1 medium/large green bell pepper2 cups beef stock/broth3 tbsp soy sauce2 tsp minced garlic1 tsp Worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp ground ginger
Directions
Cut beef into 1 inch cubes or strips
brown beef in skillet

Cut peppers into thin strips

make a layer of peppers in bottom of crock-pot
layer beef on top of peppers

mix remaining ingredients in stock and pour over top.

Cook on LOW for 6+ hours
