Strawberries, 1 cup, frozen, unthawed.Vanilla Soymilk, 1 cupFlax Seed Meal, 1 tbspTofu, soft, 1 cup.
Directions
This is a low glycemic treat.

Place all ingredients in blender. Add ice if desired. Whip the crudout of it. Serve.
