1 large Banana6 oz Light Strawberry yogurt1cup Frozen Strawberries1/2 cup Orange juice
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve in two tall glasses.

    Instead of frozen strawberries I used fresh but frozen yogurt very nice, refreshing for a hot day, I also added ground flaxseed for a boost of vitamins - 6/9/13
