Basic Muffin Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour1/2 c. white sugar2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 egg1/2 c. milk1/4 c. vegetable oilSift/mix dry ingredients. Mix liquid ingredients into dry ingredients until just blended. Add fruit, chocolate chips, etc. if you like. Add to muffin tins.
Directions
Bake at 375 for 18-20 minutes.
