1/4 cup red or white wine vinegar1 t. dried oregano2 cloves garlic1/2 t. dijon mustard1 t. salt1/2 t. freshly ground black pepper1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
Mix all ingredients except olive oil together. Then, drizzle olive oil while whisking to emulsify the ingredients.
