Joan's Healthy Garbage Muffins

1.5c quaker's oat bran1/4c brown sugar1/2c oats0.25c wheat germ3tbsp flax3tsp baking powder1c whole wheat flour3 ripe bananas2 whole eggs2tsp vanilla2tbsp olive oil2tbsp molasses2tbsp honey1 cup 1% milkgenerous handfuls of: raisins, dried fruit, diced apple, blueberries, nuts, coconut, etc
Add mixed dry ingredients to bowl of blended wet ingredients. Mixture should be on gooey side but not too wet. Line muffin tins with paper. Bake in preheated oven at 400F for 17min. Cool on rack. Refridgerate or freeze muffins. Can be microwaved at 15-30sec on high before eating.
