healthy low fat waffles

Ingredients
2 cups whole grain flour17.5 oz Fage 0% greek yogurt3 packets of sugar1 large egg3 tbsp egg white substitute1 cup unsweetened applesauce1 tbsp vanilla extract1 tbsp natural peanut butter
Directions
mix all ingredients together with fork and spatula
after it has a nice consistency and your waffle iron is hot
spray waffle iron with spray ( I use olive oil spray)
My waffle iron is set on High while I am mixing ingredients together.
Put enough batter into iron and close- set timer for 7-9 minutes
They should look golden brown and put on cooling rack
It makes 5 Large waffles which are split down the middle
I pull them apart and what is not eaten I put in a zip-lock bag in the fridge to be popped in the toaster or microwave to reheat. Great for a healthy breakfast that the kids and husband will LOVE! I then top mine with some aguave syrup and banana's and strawberries with dash of powdered sugar:) YUMMY
