Pork and Broccoli StirFry

Ingredients
1/4 cup chicken broth2 tbsp hoisin sauce2 tbsp orange or peach marmalade1/2 tbsp rice vinegar1/2 tbsp corn starch1/2 tsp sesame oil1/2 tsp ginger1/2 clove of a garlic, minced1/8 tsp Chinese Five-Spice Powder1/2 lb pork tenderloin cut in 1/4 inch thick slices1 1/2 cups of broccoli, freshwhite or brown rice
Directions
1. whisk together ingredients from chicken broth to Chinese Five-Spice Powder
2. Heat a wok over high heat and then spray with cooking spray Add pork, cook and stir until pork is no longer pink.
3. Add the broccoli and reduce heat to medium high. Cook for about 3 more minutes.
4. Add sauce and cook until bubbly and the sauce begins to thicken.
5. Serve over cooked, hot rice.
