Ingredients
2.25 C oat bran cereal.25 C brown sugar.25 C craisens.25 C Walnut pieces2 eggs.50 C lite coconut milk1 chopped apple ( or substitute pineapple tidbits).75 C frozen apple juice concentrate2 T. coconut oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients and bake in a 425 degree oven exactly 17 minutes. Store in a zip lock bag in frig.
Makes a convenient and healthy breakfast. Can be gluten free if you use gluten free oats, ground into flour instead of the cereal.
