High Fiber, Low Sodium Oatmeal, Flax and Wheatgerm Cereal

Ingredients
1/4 c Great Value Oven-Toasted Old Fashioned Oats1/2 c water (MOL to desired consistency)1 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill Ground Flaxseed1 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill Natural Raw Wheat Germ1-1/2 pkts Great Value brand Calorie Free Sweetener.
Directions
Soak oats in water. Rinse and drain.
Add about 1/2 c water (may have to add more to desired consistency as it cooks)
Heat to light boil - add water if needed.
Add flaxseed and wheat germ.
Remove from heat and add sweetener.
If desired, add berries.
