Rolled Oats, 2 cup, dryWheat germ, 1 cupBrown Rice, 1 cupWhite Rice, 1 cupSunflower Seeds, unroasted and unsalted, .5 cup, hulledAlmonds, .5 cup, sliced Salt, 1 tspCinnamon, ground, 2 tbspNutmeg, ground, .5 tsp Allspice, 1 tspSoy Protein Powder, .5 cupMaple Syrup, .5 cupSoy Milk, to moisten
Toast sunflower seeds and almonds in a dry pan until fragrant and slightly colored.
Grind rice in a food processor until powdered.
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl, stirring well.
Add wet ingredients in small increments, stirring in between additions, making sure all the dry ingredients are moistened and breaking up any big clumps. Add more soy milk if needed.
Spread on sheet pans in a uniform layer, breaking up large clumps while clumping some loose crumbs together.
Dry in a 300-F preheated oven, stirring every 5-10 minutes, until mixture is dry and toasted. Remove from oven and let cool COMPLETELY before storing in an airtight container.
