Windy's Guacamole Dip

Ingredients
2 medium Hass avacados mashed to a chunky consistency1 diced tomato1/2 cup of diced onion3 finely chopped medium cloves of garlic1 tsp of garlic1/2 cup of fresh squeezed lime juice3 tbsp of minced cilantro1 tsp of black pepper1 tsp. of salt
Directions
Mix avacado, tomato, onion, cilantro, garlic, salt, pepper and lime juice. Mix all ingrediants approx 1 minute.

Serve with your choice of the following.
baked floured medium tortilla. To bake spay with cooking spray and dust with onion flakes. Bake at 425 for 8-12 minutes until crisp. break tortilla into bite size pieces. serving size is 1/2 tortilla and adds an additional 75 g fat O g of cholesterol. Total Carbohydrate: 12.5 Dietary fiber .5 grams.
