Purple Pickled Vegetables

Ingredients
1-2 raw cucumbers, unpeeled, scored down outside skin with fork, sliced thin 8 new potatoes, parboiled, cut into 8ths 1 cup fresh green beans, lightly cooked & cut into pieces 6 pearl sized onions, sliced thin 2-3 beets, cooked to just tender and sliced 3/4 cup Cider Vinegar 3/4 cup Water 2 tsp dried dill weed 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1/4 cup sugar 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients as listed in bowl and let stand at least a few hours to few days before eating!
