Ingredients
93% lean ground turkey 1lbfat free cream of mushroom soup 1 canfat free sour cream 1 cupskim milk 1cupflour 1/4 cupbeef bouillon cubes 2worcestershire sauce 2 tspsalt, pepper and paprika to tasteno yolk whole wheat egg noodles 12 oz pack
Directions
saute ground turkey (add onions if you wish) mix together 2 bouilon cubes, 1 cup skim milk and 1/4 cup flour in a mixing bowl whisk until smooth (bouillon will soften but not fully dissolve) Add mushroom soup to meat then stir in milk/flour mixture, mix well then add spices and worcestershire sauce. bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Meanwhile cook noodles to desired tenderness. Remove meat mixture from heat fold in sour cream garnish with a sprinkling of paprika seve over noodles (or brown rice if you like)
