crab omelet

Ingredients
1/2 cup immitation crab meat chopped1/2 cup fresh asparagus sliced thinly2 large eggs beaten1/4 tsp of mrs dash tableblend seasoning1 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Heat olive oil in skillet
add crab meat and stir for 2 min
add asparagus and stir for 2min
add mrs. dash
add beaten eggs and cook until eggs are done (it depends on how big and thick you make your omelet. I usually flip the omelet after 2-3 min of cooking, turn off my skillet and wait about 1-2 min before I remove it off the skillet)

Serving Size: makes 1 omelet
