Ingredients
Ingredients:Canola Oil, 2 tbsp Pumpkin, canned, 1 cupRice Dream Original rice milk, 1 cupAgave nectar, 1/3 cupBrown Sugar, 1/2 cupWhole Wheat Flour, 1 cupOat Bran, 1 cup1 1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp allspice1/2 tsp gingerVegan chocolate chips, 1/2 cup
Directions
1 Combine first four (wet) ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
2 Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
3 Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until combined.
4 Scoop into a sprayed or paper-lined muffin tin and bake 16 minutes at 400 F.
