Matzo Balls

Ingredients
4 eggs5 oz matzo meal1/4 cup of olive oil1 1/2 tablespoons of basil leaves1 1/2 tablespoons of oreganosalt and garlic salt to taste1 tablespoon of roasted sesame seeds (optional)
Directions
In a bowl, blend eggs and oil. Add matzo meal and seasonings and mix with fork.
Chill in refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Bring 10 cups of water to boil.
With wet hands form chilled batter into matzo balls, approx. 1 inch in diameter.
Drop matzo balls into boiling water. Reduce heat and simmer until thoroughly cooked, about 20 min.
