2-3 lbs boneless turkey breast, cut into 1 in cubes3/4 c olive oil1/2 c lemon juice1 TBSP oregano leaves1 TBSP salt, kosher2 TSP garlic powder2 TSP pepper1 C nonfat plain yogurt (optional)red onion
combine marinade ingredients except yogurt.
pour over turkey and mix well, refrigerate 2-3 days
3-6 hours before serving add yogurt
put meat on skewers, alternate red onion
barbecue slowly about 4 minutes per side about 4 rotations
