Peanut & Sesame Noodles w/Chicken Chunks

Ingredients
about 2c. Barilla Whole Wheat Pasta2 tbsp. Sesame Oil 5 tbsp. Smooth Peanut Butter6tbsp Ground Ginger1 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper flakes6 tbsp. Hot water1 clove minced garlic4 tbsp Lite Soy Sauce2 tbsp. Red Win Vinegar2 tbsp. Toasted Sesame Seeds4 oz. skinless, boneless chicken breast (cubed)
Directions
1. Cook pasta as directed on packaging.

2. While pasta is cooking, mix together everything except chicken. Mix together with pasta after the pasta is drained.

3. Cook chicken into chunks. Cook until not pink in a separate pan. Toss into pasta mix when finished. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Great w/a steamed veggie! We had green beans!
