Tempeh Stir Fry

1 8-oz package tempeh1/2 small can water chestnuts2 bunches bok choy, sliced1-1/2 cups broccoli, in florets1 small green pepper in strips1 medium red onion in strips2 small carrots, sliced3 tbsp soy ginger sauce, diluted with 3/4 cup water
Stir fry all ingredients on high heat in a wok with non-stick spray.
Add diluted sauce and let steam on high heat until everything is crunch-tender.
Serve with brown rice.
