1 cup frozen fruit, 1 cup of ice cubes, 1 cup water, 1- six ounce container of dannon light n fit yogurt, 1-2 scoops of 100% Whey Protein EAS.
Directions
Put all the ingredients in the blender - mix on high pulse until well blended and you are good to go!
