Couscous with Shrimp, Mushrooms & Vegetables

Ingredients
1 box Mid East Couscous (Suggestions: Parmesan, Pine Nut, or Garlic & Herb)1 lb Shrimp, boiled and peeled1 bunch of asparagus, spears only (approximately 20)4 ears of corn, medium size, roasted8 oz. mushrooms, sauteed in one tsp of olive oil
Directions
Prepare Mid East Couscous per box directions
Boil and peel 1 lb shrimp
Roast 4 ears of corn; cut kernels from ear
Prepare asparagus in microwave (approx. 4 minutes)
Sautee 8 oz. mushrooms in 1 tsp olive oil

Mix all together and serve hot or cold
