Turkey Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients
Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 2 servingOnions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped Allspice, .5 tsp (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)Egg Noodles, enriched, 12 oz (remove)Sour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cup (remove)Milk, 1%, .66 cup (remove)Cream of Mushroom soup, 1 can (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 medium (remove)Corn Starch 2 Tbsp
Directions
Turkey Meatballs

Boil garlic and onions until translucent
(save about 1/3 of this mixture for white sauce)

Incorporate turkey, egg, garlic, onions, 1 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup water, allspice together. If too dry add more water. Divide mixture into 12 meatballs.

Preheat oven to 400.
Cook meatballs for 30 minutes or until brown.

Boil water and cook noodles as directed.

White Sauce

In a sauce pan, add onions and garlic, can of cream of mushroom soup, 2/3 cup 1% milk, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 to 1 can of water. If too thin start incorporating the corn starch diluted in water. Allow to simmer and thicken.
