I made Ice cream sandwiches with this by putting a large dollop onto a graham cracker and then gently placing another cracker on top. Then I put them in the freezer. Superb. - 2/10/10

This is so good, and healthy too. I used Splenda brown sugar blend, lite cool whip, and used only half the amount of sweetener; just added a little more spice. This tastes great on graham crackers. - 1/5/09

I make something similar with my preschoolers but we use the light cool whip, a can of the pumpkin pie mix and combine those two together and eat it with graham cracker sticks for dipping. - 1/19/09

Amazing! Tastes just like pumpkin pie! I used brown sugar splenda, fat free cool whip, and sugar free french vanilla pudding to lower the nutritional values. - 12/5/09

Can't wait to try it...my can of pumpkin is in the back of my cupboard just waiting for a recipe like this! Where do you get graham cracker STICKS? Is that just breaking a regular graham cracker on the perforations? - 3/11/09

You can buy graham sticks or just break them at the perforations. The low fat grahams or Cinnamon grahams are great with it - experiment - hope you liked it.

Made an Atkins-friendly version of this. Used 3/4 C whipping cream, whipped, instead of cool whip, several tablespoons Stevia Blend instead of the brown sugar, and 3 T vanilla extract instead of the pudding. Delicious!
Now to find some low-carb things to dip in it besides celery... - 1/5/09

I made this using Pumpkin Pie Spice, and doubled the amount, but I really like the spice taste. Then I divided the dip into 12 muffin cup liners and froze them. It was like eating pumpkin icecream!! SOOO Good!!! - 4/11/11

I really liked this! I did use fat free Cool Whip and I used the Splenda version of brown sugar as well. I thought it was great and so did the everyone at Thanksgiving dinner. - 11/30/10

I made this last week for some friends, went over great! It made a TON... so easy to use for a potluck. I had it with reduced fat nilla wafers and LF honey graham crackers. I also added additional spices, like pumpkin pie spice. - 10/26/10
