Ingredients
Zucchini, 3 cup, sliced Onions, raw, 1 small Egg, fresh, 4 medium *Canola Oil, .5 cupParmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup Marjoram, dried, .5 tspSalt, .25 tsp Pepper, black,1/8 tsp Parsley, dried, 1 tspBisquick, heartsmart, 1 cup
Directions
Mix all ingredients. pour into buttered pan or dish. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown. Dish = 7 x 12 pyrex or 8-9 round or square.

Reduced oil by 1/4 c and it was a little dry, but good.
