Chickpea, Cherry, and Ginger Salad

2 15.5 oz cans chickpeas1 11 oz can mandarin oranges1/4 c diced red onion1 TB minced ginger1 garlic clove minced2/3 C chopped pecans2/3 C dried tart cherries1 minced jalapeno1/2 C chopped parsley4 oz Feta2 TB apple cider vinegar2 TB olive oilsalt to tastepepper to taste
Combine 2 15.5 oz cans chickpeas
1 11 oz can mandarin oranges
1/4 c diced red onion

Whisk together apple cider vinegar and olive oil; salt and pepper to taste. Pour over chickpea salad and mix well.
