Ingredients
Lean Ground BeefChopped OnionChopped GarlicChopped Parsley (fresh or dried)Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs or stale bread torn up into small pieces EggSaltBlack Pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl, mix together with hands until well incorporated.
Form into 1 inch meat balls and drop into sauce of your choice to simmer for 2-4 hours.
Or pan fry on medium heat with a little olive oil until cooked through.
