I used TWO 8 x 8 inch pans for a thinner bar, then I cut the bars so I got 9 from each pan, making the total oat bran for each bar 1.7 tbsp. so two bars would be approximately the 3 tbsp daily allowance. I wanted to duplicate the packaged Dukan bars and this worked well, much less $$$ :) - 9/1/12

Love this but added nutmeg (1/2tsp) vanilla extract (1tsp) and some lemon rind - 3/12/12

there are 16 tablespoons in each cup, so this recipe uses 2 cups equaling 32 tablespoons. Which means that one serving has 4 tablespoons of bran. For Cruise phase one half bar (2T) would be allowed per day. - 2/9/13

These are excellent with ricotta cheese on top, microwaved for under a minute. I use brown sugar splenda and lots of cinnamon. Perfect breakfast for Dukan Cruise phase! - 2/1/12

I'd cut the splenda back a bit -- but they were very good! - 1/13/12

I made some changes to the recipe because my yogurt is vanilla and I used way more cinnamon. They taste great! - 7/27/11
