1 cup frozen blueberries1 cup frozen banana (approximate)1/2 cup almond milk (or milk or rice milk or whatever!)1/2 cup non-fat plain yogurt1/2 cup juice1/2 scoop of PowerBar Protein Powder
mix in blender. You can substitute any ingredients, really, this is just what I had on hand. The beauty of smoothies! Anything goes!!!
