Banana Oat Muffin

3/4 cup Old Fashioed Oatmeal, uncooked1/2 cup wheat flour1/2 cup oat flour1/4 cup white flour1 1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda1/8 tsp salt1/4 cup sunflower seeds1/4 cup pumpkin seeds1/2 cup chopped walnuts2 large eggs3 large bananas, mashed1/3 cup honey2/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line muffin tin with papers.
In large bowl mix all dry ingredients. In separate bowl, beat eggs, mix in mashed bananas, honey, yogurt and vanilla until well blended. Stir wet ingredients into the dry ingredients just enough to moisten the dry ingredients.
Spoon batter into the prepared muffin tins an dbake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Cool about 15 minutes.
