1 jar Knudsens Natural cranberry sauce1 can pineapple chunks in juice, no sugar1 can peach slices in juice, no sugar1 oz chia seed3 scoops Designer whey protein, natural1 tbsp. orange flavored fiber suppliment3 cup water
blend all but water till smooth. add water. mix well. chill. will thicken as it chills.
